1. who we are
WeTheSame is a friendship-focused discovery platform operated by Zoe Janovsky and Noah Bohrmann. It helps adults connect through personality signals, values, interests and small-group experiences. Contact: contact@wethesame.app.
2. eligibility
You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. nature of the service
WeTheSame is not a dating platform. Circle recommendations, connection descriptions, personality types and group suggestions are supportive product features; they do not guarantee a connection, friendship or real-life meeting.
4. user responsibility
Interactions between users, online and offline, occur at the users’ own discretion. Treat other members respectfully, protect your personal information and use reasonable care when meeting people for the first time.
5. safety & conduct
Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, impersonation, illegal conduct and misuse of other people’s information are prohibited. We may restrict or remove accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.
6. partner venues & benefits
Venue benefits are subject to the individual partner’s conditions and availability. A valid WeTheSame circle screen may be required for redemption. Partner venues remain responsible for their own services, opening hours and on-site experience.
7. availability & liability
The beta service may change, experience interruptions or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeTheSame is not liable for indirect damages or disputes arising solely from interactions between users. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
8. governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rights and legally required places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.
