01Is WeTheSame a dating app?+
No. WeTheSame is built entirely for friendship and small-group connection.
02How are circles created?+
Nine personal questions, your interests, values, life phase and social preferences create connection signals. We use them to suggest a complementary circle and explain why you align.
03What is a personality type?+
It is an approachable description of how you naturally connect — for example Deep Connector, Safe Place or Thoughtful Observer. It supports your circle recommendation but does not put you in a rigid box.
04How many people are in a circle?+
A circle is intentionally small, typically around four people, so everyone can participate and the group can realistically meet.
05Do I have to message first?+
No awkward opening line is required. WeTheSame introduces unusual icebreakers that give the whole group an easy way into the conversation.
06How does the meetup get organized?+
The group chat and coordination assistant help collect availability, surface a suitable time and suggest partner venues nearby.
07How do partner benefits work?+
Open a venue in the app to see the current benefit and redemption instruction. Usually you show your WeTheSame circle screen when ordering or paying.
08Where is WeTheSame available?+
The current beta focuses on Berlin. Additional cities can follow as the community and partner network grow.
09Can I come to an event alone?+
Absolutely. The event format is designed so arriving alone feels easy — structured table rounds create a natural first connection.
10How can I report a safety issue?+
Use the in-app reporting options where available or email contact@wethesame.app. Urgent threats should always be reported to local emergency services.
